Popo ea Peleには、ふたつの顔があります。

ひとつは、ソーシャルプロジェクトとしての顔。

アートを通じて周辺化されたコミュニティに隠れた可能性を引き出し、人々が自らの力で未来を描けるようにすること。

ワークショップを開き創作の楽しさを届けると同時に給食の材料や文房具を届ける。

小さなアクションの積み重ねがやがて大きな波を生むと信じています。

もうひとつは、アートプロジェクトとしての顔。支援するのではなくともに創ること。

現地のアーティストや子どもたちと交わりながら人と人、自然と文化が対話する場を生み出していく。

そこにあるものを生かしそこに生きる人々とともに新たな表現を生み出していく。

このふたつが溶け合うとき、アートはただの作品ではなくつながりや変化を生分断を超えて

地球規模のアイデンティティが生まれることでより平和な世界の創造に繋がると信じています。

Popo ea Pele has two faces.

One is the face of a social project.
Through art, we seek to uncover the hidden potential within marginalized communities and create spaces where people can imagine and shape their own futures.

We organize workshops that share the joy of creation, while also leaving behind something rooted in the community itself—skills, methods, relationships.

We believe that small, consistent actions can eventually generate meaningful waves of change.

The other is the face of an art project.
Rather than “supporting,” we choose to create together.
By working alongside local artists, children, and communities, we cultivate spaces where people, nature, and culture enter into dialogue.

We work with what already exists—local materials, stories, and knowledge—and co-create new forms of expression with those who live there.

When these two dimensions merge, art becomes more than an object.
It becomes connection.
It becomes transformation.

By moving beyond divisions and nurturing a planetary sense of identity, we believe art can contribute to the creation of a more peaceful world.
